The Diploma of Business is a Level 5 AQF qualification and based on the BSB50120 business service training package. There are 5 units of core subjects and 7 units of elective subjects.
Throughout this course, students will learn to develop and implement business strategies, manage teams, marketing strategies and financial plans, implement marketing strategies, drive sales growth, negotiate relationships with new customers, implement processes, lead effective communication and create positive working culture. The curriculum covers a wide range of topics, including market analysis, business planning, financial planning and budgeting, human resource and culture management and marketing strategies.
